Amir Miodovnik, MD, MPH
Children thrive when they feel understood and supported.
Families deserve timely answers and compassionate guidance. My goal is to empower parents and help children reach their full potential, without the barriers of traditional healthcare systems. I’m here to walk alongside you—whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, ongoing challenges, or just need someone to truly listen.
I believe in supporting the growth and development of each child as a unique individual. I completed my training in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital and went on to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, as well as an Attending Physician at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore.
Every child deserves expert care that’s personal, thorough, and grounded in experience. That’s the standard here.

The Process
I know how overwhelming this journey can feel, so I take the time to really understand your child and your concerns—step by step—to build a plan that fits your family’s needs. Here’s how that happens.
-
I review the medical history as well as clinical notes, school reports, and prior educational or neuropsychological testing.
-
We discuss your family's concerns and priorities to develop a personalized plan of care.
-
I perform a customized developmental and medical evaluation tailored to your child, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
-
I’ll create a treatment plan that identifies next steps, interventions, educational programs, and referrals to support ongoing care.
